I had a good experience at first although I had second thoughts when I got there because of how I was greeted and being that it was my first time I expected at least some interaction with the tech but the energy was completely off!
The appointment went great and I was in love with my nails and with how
detail-oriented she was and I thought I found the one!!
but when I tried to reschedule my appointment almost 2 weeks prior I never got an answer, I tried reaching out again within 48 to my appointment and that’s when I saw a side of the tech that I didn’t expect!
She handled the situation very unprofessionally and spoke to me in a way that was very rude, she brings up her policy and says that I have to pay 100% of the service due to me being writhing the 48 hours period which doesn’t make any sense when I only tried to reschedule not once but twice!!!!
She still charged my card without any notice or email saying I will be charged and blocked me! I think that she has no customer service skills and although she’s really good at what she does but sometimes being good is not enough when interacting with people… she’s in the wrong field .. reading the reviews and how she responded back to her customer I should’ve known better !

I was scrolling through instagram and found Sofi on my for you page. She seem to be very knowledgeable in Russian Manicures. I decided to book appointment it was the best decision I made when it comes to longevity of nail care. Now she sees me once a month.

I booked an appointment and paid a deposit, then I got an email saying my “appointment request” was pending AFTER the money had been taken from my account. I finally got an appointment saying that my appointment request was not accepted and to reach out to reschedule or follow the link to book another appointment or contact the business owner. I can’t change the day and since the business owner couldn’t service me on the requested date that SHE made available on her sight I reached out to be refunded my deposit. I also reached out to contact her via text… no response. The link in the rescheduling was her booking site which then requested another deposit. I reached out via Instagram and despite posts being made after reaching out which shows the business owners activity there was still no response. So now I have no appointment and I have had $35 stolen from me by this business owner. As someone in school to become an attorney I can tell you that what this business/business owner is doing is ILLEGAL. The owner is an unresponsive thief and I will be moving forward with further legal actions to recoup my deposit. If you want to be serviced professionally and not be defrauded from your hard working money, I suggest finding a different esthetician to service you.

My niece booked a last minute appointment and had to change within 24 hours. The owner agreed to transfer the deposit to another date. She changed her mind and was rude and nasty to my 17 year old niece. Spend your money elsewhere. She’s not professional. The Russian manicure hurt. My nail beds were sore for days. She responded and texted my phone. Only go here if interested in dealing with an unprofessional nasty human being.
