It was so rare to stumble upon this place w such great customer service. The staff offers something to drink from coffee to mimosas. Prices are a bit more than what I’m used to paying but like I said they are so nice and the positive energy in there is worth it. The only thing that’s different is that they don’t allow appointments w particular techs it’s whoever is available but all of them seemed to be very detailed in their work. Also I don’t know if it’s the owner or manager but he was very on top of it walking around making sure everyone was happy w their nails. I highly recommend I will return

Was able to get an appointment quickly and last minute! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. You can tell they really prioritize good customer service, so it’s not the kind of place where you can just recklessly not show up or not take seriously- which I appreciated!

My nails were done beautifully and for the first time I was able to ask questions and fully have someone explain to me all about the different nails styles, techniques and what they recommended for my long-term nail goals! It was great!

If you’re a serious nail person who can’t live without a mani or pedi I definitely think it’s worth becoming a regular here.

I’m so happy I found this nail salon! Everything was so seamless from the moment I booked the appointment online. I came in for a gel x manicure with a chrome add-on. The salon manager was professional, friendly, and attentive. The nail technician was thorough and swift. He made sure I was satisfied with my manicure every step of the way. There was free parking. I was out of there within a hour. I was very happy with my service here. I will definitely be back!

I felt so welcomed from before I even got there!
I made an appointment online but they called, letting me know there was an additional appointment earlier if I wanted it which I thought was very thoughtful.

When my boyfriend & I arrived, we got to chat with the owner a bit. He seemed to be a very genuine and friendly guy. It was so nice, great conversation.

Other regular clients seemed to have wonderful relationships with he & the staff as well. One regular even came by to bring them holiday treats.

This place is very clean & neat. It’s well decorated and not cluttered.
Great music playing at a perfect volume.
The massage chairs are super comfy.
And of course, for why I really came here, my nails looked FANTASTIC afterwards.

I got ombré almond/stiletto acrylics and a French gel pedicure.
My technicians were clearly experienced. The final product was wonderful but the process was enjoyable too.
They gave me a neck warmer with some light relaxing aromatherapy stuff on it. The neck & leg massages were lovelyyyy too.

I’m so pleased and feel better than I did before I came. You can tell they really care about what they do.

My boyfriend also got a mani/ pedi & was so satisfied and relaxed afterwards.

I’d recommend Lecheta to all my friends & family. Book ahead and be ready to tip these guys. They deserve it. You’ll want to come back again.

Excellent business all around.

This place excels in customer service. I’ve never received complimentary coffee and tea while getting my nails done, so when the gentleman who checked me in offered, I immediately felt welcomed and a little fancy. I got a signature pedicure done by Nancy. She did a great job and was very gentle which is something I appreciate when getting my toes done. The place was also very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back to get my manicure next.
