My 16-year-old and I went for pedicures. It was our first, and last, time to visit this spa. We felt as if our pedicures were rushed. The woman who did my daughter’s dug her nails into her skin causing a lot of discomfort.
The woman who did mine just left me. I waited 15 or so minutes. She kept walking by but never got my shoes for me or got me any spa shoes. I would have had to walk on the floor with bare feet to get my shoes if my daughter hadn’t been there to get them for me. No one said thank you. In fact, they were all pretty unfriendly.
Neither woman got a tip from us.

I have been to many salons but never one like this. This salon is a pro spa and nail. I have been going here for 7 years and I haven’t been any where else because I love this place soooo much!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ethereal Spa has failed to honor my appointment three times since I’ve been going to them. The guy at the front desk is never welcoming and very rude. I have watched them prioritize clients that are a different race than me and be very chipper/friendly with them, and I don’t get that same treatment. They have skilled technicians but, in my opinion, don’t treat everyone with the same respect. My money spends well just like everyone else’s.

I’ve enjoyed pedicures here in the past, but would NOT suggest getting the dipping powder on your nails. I’ve done dip for the last few years, so I have plenty of experience with having it done. I’ve never had as many issues as with the dip I got done here. FOUR nails have broken within 3 days of getting it done! I’ve never had that happen before. And none of them broke while doing yard work etc. I picked up a laundry basket and two of them shattered. Unfortunately this will be the last time I get anything done at this salon.
