There were 3 ladies working. A couple walks in for pedicures-a total of 3 customers. So why was I sitting there waiting for my nail tech to do a pedicure that she walked over to do in the middle of my manicure? The third lady was on her phone in the back room. I gave my nail tech a $20 bill and just said I’d come back later. I was polite, but pissed. Why is their business more important than mine? You clearly had enough staff.

Every time I’ve gone there I’m charged extra for something (this time it was $5 extra to take off the gel-how else were you going to do a gel manicure?) It’s a beautiful salon but the staff fails miserably.-starting with management.
