Arrived at 4:25pm on Christmas Eve- “OPEN” sign was lit. I walked in and the woman shouted “ sorry mommy we closed. I told her the sign said “ open”. She didn’t offer to take me so I left. After leaving, I noticed an employee turned off the sign- should of been done that!

I made the mistake of returning here. Nayelli is RUDE! She should learn to communicate with ALL customers. I even asked someone to translate for me but she didn’t wanna hear what I had to say in her language -VERY unprofessional. I wasn’t even mad at her. Good thing I had the experience in maturity to take the high road. She will never do my hair again. Whoever the owner it- she She review the video footage for behaviors, other than stealing.

I called around 11am to get my hair done on a Sunday and the hair dresser told me she accepts her last client at 3:30pm. My mom from out of town and I got myself and my 19 month old son ready – GOT ON THE BUS ALL THE WAY DOWNTOWN by 2:25pm ONLY FOR A WASH AND SET AND THE HAIR DRESSER RAN TO THE DOOR TO TELL ME SORRY WE ARE CLOSED ! It was 87 degrees outside – poor professionalism and poor service. She could have had the decency since I was already there to take me.

DO NOT waste your time. This was really nice and friendly place YEARS AGO. Had good stylists with better personalities. Took almost 5 hours for a wash, set and pin curl and they have the attitudes. Lol
