Customer Reviews:
My last two experiences were not the greatest and I hate leaving bad reviews and genuinely try giving places a fair chance. I got and ombré french tip with dip powder a few weeks ago for a bridal shower. That looked bad in my opinion and they kindly corrected it for free to a beautiful french (which i liked). I included pics of the original dip set and the correction. I wanted the same thing re-done today for a wedding I am attending tomorrow.
While that was attempted today with another technician, I was cut twice plus two nails were drilled down to my raw skin/cuticle. A cut here and there is fine but my fingers are currently throbbing and I thought the drilling on my skin and filing directly on my skin was a bit excessive. Additionally, I got a french pedicure today and the right foot looks bad and the pink polish is bleeding into the white on my big toe and looks leaky on the second toe.
I wanted this to be my consistent salon but I don’t feel like everyone there works equally well. I think you can get lucky with a good technician but I don’t want to chance them not being there and rely on someone new or having to go back to get things fixed.
