I am a longtime customer over a decade + of coming in every two weeks. Yen and David beautiful family that owns and operates this nail salon. They work very hard and are always there to accommodate and serve. They are constantly cleaning and sterilizing everything. They run a terrific business and all of my girlfriends go here. Their prices have crept up a tiny bit, but overall it’s a very good value and not super expensive for a Mani & Pedi its $47. The dip & gels get a bit too pricey for me but David is perfectionist, Kim is exceptional. I think if you communicate clearly what you want before you start with Yen at the front and get an exact quote for price before the work starts it will be a great experience. they have accommodated large friend groups and my daughter joining me making her feel special too. Key is to make an appointment before (don’t walk in) it’s super super booked and busy (for a reason). 💅💅💅

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 2+ years now getting my nails done and while my nail tech, Kim, is truly the best, the people running this place do not know how to provide good customer service. Anytime David has done my nails it’s been painful as he goes crazy with the electric file, I end up coming home with bloody cuticles and he never accommodates this in the price of the service. He also will work on other customers while you’re sitting there during your appointment time.
The lady running the show in the front is a character. Charges $5 for a credit card fee on a $50 nail job, and there’s no discount or promo for local customers. Every time I call to make an appointment she asks if I’ve “been there before” which after 2+ years is frankly rude, especially when there’s no incentive for loyalty. I’ve even brought friends here and there is no referral discount or perk.
TLDR; come here for Kim, otherwise avoid

I was disappointed by my service today. I have a family member and friend who has gone here for years. I’ve also gotten my nails done here a number of times. My service today with David was rushed. I had to ask him to file my nails at the end which were visibly un even. Unfortunately, this. It the first time. When someone gets their nails done they are pampering themselves. Please do better and take your time with every customer so they feel taken care of.

It’s never comfortable having to dispute over quality and pricing for a luxury service. My sister and I are new to the area and we called ahead and asked for 2 full sets & a pedicure and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant from beginning to end. We made an appointment and once we arrived I was told that there wasn’t enough time for a new set so I compromised and just did a fill which turned out okay but not the best considering the price as the polish was streaky and my old color wasn’t filed off in some areas.
My sister asked for an acrylic set but received a powder dip in a bubblegum pink color she didn’t ask for and the technician didn’t talk to her to confirm with her so my sister assumed she knew what she wanted. This situation would be less of a problem if the quality wasn’t so bad. Not only was she cut/injured due to them cutting her cuticles too deep but a few of her nails are also different shapes.
Communication is a major issue amongst the staff here and it was not a good experience overall nor were the errors addressed even when I spoke to the store owner who tried to consistently try to justify the doubled price increase that wasn’t discussed with us, by repeatedly typing the numbers into a calculator. Anyways, we ended up paying double what we were quoted and only received one service we booked that was correctly executed, the pedicure (with no base color even tho it was requested)
Would not recommend.

Best SNS in the entire DMV area! I can go up to 3 to 4 weeks without having any damage to my nails. The only reason I have to get them redone is because of growth. Ever since I have gotten my nails done from DX organic, which was three years ago, my nails have never been so so healthy and so strong. My nail beds have even grown!
