4/30/2024!!! I came here for my mom’s birthday to get her nails and feet done, and we had an appointment. We got there a half hour early. They were already behind. I got my toes done as well and we both got our eyebrows tinted. (I also got mine waxed) I didn’t have a horrible experience but I will never return. The lady Hannah, I think was her name, completely rushed my mom’s nails and this was supposed to be a day of leisure for her. HER NAILS LOOK TERRIBLE. Her toes came out nicely and I thought mine did as well but they chipped TWO days later. I had a different technician. I wasn’t able to see how my waxed eyebrows came out as she segued quickly into doing my tint which was completely uneven. Tints are usually supposed to sit for about 10-15 minutes and we were both done in 7 minutes tops! They became backed up with other appointments and walk ins and the black lady working there with black and blue braids was becoming impatient with them doing our services. YET, we were still technically within our appointment time. Hannah got tint on my mom’s shirt and the manager (lady with braids) or whomever she was did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO ONE DID. NOT A DRY CLEANING OPTION OR MONEY OFF. COMPLETELY UNPLEASANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My mom asked if it was PERMANENT and the lady said YES, but still did nothing! She said try washing it out, but it never came out, SMH!! for over $300, I DEFINITELY ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE that’s professional and respectful of your patronage and money! I will never return and you should be aware. Also the milk and honey pedicure is a joke! NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY as it adds ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This nail place is really convenient location-wise so I have wanted to give it a chance in hopes that it can become my go-to but have been thoroughly disappointed every time. The staff is nothing but pleasant but the quality of the work and polish is so poor. I have been here a total of 4 times (hoping I will have a better experience each visit) and every time I run into the same issues: the color does not match the sample and it chips off within days. Most recently I paid $60 for a dip manicure (dip ALWAYS lasts me 4 weeks minimum before it starts to come off) and it chipped off within 5 days. It’s been a week and I now have 2 nails that have really chipped and the overall finish is starting to fade as well. That will be my last official visit. Would not recommend this spot at all, unfortunately.

I come to this place specifically for the hot rock oil foot massage that is included in their signature pedicure. I don’t really mind how my toes look; for me, it’s all about the comfort and enjoyment of an exceptional foot massage service, which I treat myself to once a month.

I called and scheduled a last minute gel manicure and standard pedicure and they were super accommodating. Thu did my services and she was great! Super fast and efficient but still took her time to scrape through all my gross calluses. The pedi came with a hot stone massage and a hot towel which was a very nice touch. At the end I paid with Venmo which seems to be preferred over cards. I don’t mind but just FYI if that’s a thing you care about. I’m not someone who often does nail services so I guess I don’t have much to compare them to but I had a good experience and would come back again!
