It was okay, I did have to leave mid manicure that left me with two hangnails and I had to fix with my own stuff because they tried to tell me that it’s not normal to put a base coat on for a French nail and only wanted to put base coast under where the white tip would go… after I tried to explain they then wanted to paint sideways the base coat I finally convinced them they needed. Once this was done I asked for her to remove it and i would be leaving. It wasn’t worth my hassle to ask for any refund because they had done most of the manicure just not painted. And the pedicure though it was short felt great.

Love this salon. Friendly service and a great value. Have seen Anna a few times and she is wonderful. She did great work and was so kind to my kids when they came in for services.

Kosmo Nail Salon is the BEST!
I love Anna; she always takes such good care of me. And Soda (I hope I spelled his name correctly) at the Chesterbrook location keeps the atmosphere light and fun. I would highly recommend this location and establishment! 🤩

I agree with the other review about decline in quality of work. I have been their customer for 8 years, and this year I stopped going. Prices keep increasing when services keep decreasing.
The hostess shows attitude when customer asks questions. A lot of good technicians left, retention rate of workers is very low for last 2 years.
