I had spa pedicure and manicure with no polish. Technician cut my cuticles so deep it was painful.. my left thumb has a cut.. as well as my right side pinky (see pic). One of my toe has been bothersome and when I looked, it was red and swollen. I had to put so much Neosporin on so it doesn’t become anything worse..

Extremely disappointed with the gel manicure I received. Within 24 hours, my nails started chipping. Within 72 hours, the entire color peeled off my left thumbnail.

I was traveling out of state for my sister’s wedding – this was extremely embarrassing after I paid for a gel manicure to avoid worrying about chipped nails. I didn’t do any dishes or anything that would prematurely deteriorate the adhesion.

I have another wedding to attend next weekend and I was hoping these nails would last for at least that long.

Had an appointment for Gel-X, my tech was Vivian and she did a wonderful job. I had gel x in the past so I’m very picky when it comes to the process and everything. I love the place, very friendly and clean, I totally recommend her and I can’t wait to get more sets done by her!

This is my go-to place now! I came in 2-3 weeks ago to get my nails done for my birthday and I was so satisfied. My nails still look so amazing and I never do reviews but this time I just had to. Jina did both my pedi and SNS, she was the sweetest! I think it totaled to $120 without tip, which is a little bit more than what I used to pay when I lived in Delaware. But it’s so worth it especially because I have sensitive skin and I am 4 months pregnant. Needless to say, there were no smells and the organic products didn’t make my skin scratchy. It was pretty quiet when I came in too. So many color and pedicure options, definitely will be coming back.
