I went to Tammy’s on recommendation from a friend and I had a great experience! Tammy herself gave me a gel manicure that was beautifully finished and only took about a half hour (I didn’t have any other polish to remove). The service was clean and thoughtful and I didn’t have any discomfort. My only criticism is that it has been only six days and some of my gel is already lifting by the cuticles. It’s been a while since I had a gel manicure but I think they’re typically supposed to last longer, so I’m a bit disappointed by that. EDIT: Exactly one week in, and a nail has chipped.

The experience I had was not good. I came in for a short French tip which I thought would be simple. The woman complained about my cuticles not being maintained (which was weird because… what am I at the nail salon for if not to fix that problem) and after all the stress she didn’t even fix them. She was very aggressive with the drill and buffer block which led to two cuts on my hand. And to make matters worse, by the end, my nails were bumpy, the lines were uneven, and my thumb nail broke after less than 2 weeks and multiple of my nails were lifting. I would not come back.

This very busy nail salon run by Tammy is impressive. Clients are greeted, but not superficially, when they walk through the door and technicians try their best to accommodate clients’ wishes (while there last week a woman’s sister was able to walk in and join her for a pedicure and a 10-year old was getting cow print nails). I see Phanh and she is fantastic. Attentive, doesn’t cut corners, and thorough. I get an acrylic fill with gel polish.

I got my nails done by Sally and I left crying because she did my dip powder EXTREMELY thick. At first I wanted an acrylic full set but they literally bullied me into a dip because she didn’t know how to do acrylic. Honestly that only means some of these people don’t HAVE LICENSES!! I should’ve just left instead of getting pressured into it. When I told them I do not like the shape they shrugged their shoulders and said oh well. I will never come back and I suggest you don’t even try this place. They are all bullies and not nice

I got my nails done by Coco and she did it so fast that I was offended. It was about 15 minutes TOTAL! The gel polish chipped off in 1 day. I called the next day to ask for someone else to fix it because I didn’t want the same lady to spend any more time to fix it. They said they “don’t have nobody”. I only like 1 girl there but the front always says she’s on vacation and then when I come back, I see here there and she says she was never on vacation!! I don’t know what they are trying to run here but I will not give ANY MORE business
