I was happy with the services here. I went with a friend for pedicures. I scheduled online, so it was easy and quick. There is a list of different levels…basic…deluxe ($65), etc. I went with the deluxe. Price is decent for the service. I feel they went above and beyond with my pedicure service. Very friendly staff. Calm environment. Message chairs are a 10. There are about 6 or 7 pedicure chairs. Maybe I’ll come back for my nails next!

Growing up, I’ve always had a nervous habit of biting my nails and picking my skin. It’s something that’s created a lot of embarrassment for me and has come and gone, depending on stressors. Shawn and I have engagement photos tomorrow (YAY) 📷 and I wanted to get my nails done, which meant trying a new place, risk judgement from someone I didn’t know, and my skin is the worst it’s been in awhile. I’ve been so nervous leading up to my nail appointment today. I got a lot of recommendations from friends (THANKS ALL) and was able to get in to Pink Polish Nails with nail tech DUY. 💅🏻 I was honest with how I was feeling and he reassured me that it was no problem, gave me a heads up when certain liquids could potentially burn my cuts, and often checked in to make sure it wasn’t painful. It felt so normal. There was no shame or judgement. Thank you. I would absolutely recommend them.
4/5 due to flaws in shaping but I own that my responsibility as a client is to communicate those observations.
