I’ve been coming to Nail Max over 4 years ago after relocating from NYC and having a bad experience at a different salon. From the very beginning, they understood what I needed or would ask questions to confirm what I wanted done. Things have only gotten better since then.

There’s a friendly atmosphere and everyone seems to like them.

Jenny knows exactly what I need to be done and she does a wonderful job. I always get lots of compliments on my nails.

Mimi the pedicure specialist is amazing. She can work a miracle on your feet.

Once everything is done – manicure, pedicure and eyebrows; I always feel like a new woman.

The best parts are that everything lasts for a whole month without any chips on the nails on my hands and feet.

David is always engaged with all the customers.

Tried this place while visiting Charlotte for my birthday and was unfortunately dissatisfied. The shady comment about the particular service I chose was uncalled for. “Your polish would look better if you got a pedicure”.. no the polish would look better if you did a BETTER job. You should be glad that I chose you out of many options and for a first time customer you should have provided the very best experience.

I am new to getting my nails done because they are naturally very strong and healthy, but since I started a new job I wanted to make sure they constantly look pretty since I have to meet with high profile people. I heard good things about dip powder so I started trying it thinking it would be healthier for my nails… I visited about 4 different salons Trying to find one that would make my nails look good however every time I changed a color my nail was getting filed down and they were becoming paper thin. I was starting to get concerned so I visited Nail Max today for the first time and David knew exactly what I was referring to. He explained why he doesn’t recommend dip powders and we opted for the gel set instead. I am super happy with the results! He also has a great personality so I will definitely come back.
