Lya is by far my favorite person that has ever done my nails (in my whole life). I have never once had a bad experience or left the salon not liking my nails. She cares about her work and is very precise in shaping and designs to ensure you are happy with the end result. I drive 30 minutes each way to every appointment because there’s nobody else I would rather have do my nails. The salon is also very clean and a very friendly environment.

Lya is my girl!! I’ve never had a nail tech that not only does amazing work but I also consider a friend. Every time I get my nails done I know they are going to look incredible and be exactly what I asked for! I have been going to her for over a year now and I will never go to anyone else. I also love literally everyone here – every time I come I know I’m gonna be having a good time! Highly highly recommend!

Sue did an amazing job on my nails and I meant to review right after I left but I am glad that I didn’t. Since I left I noticed that my thumbs did not look as shiny and I don’t know if it was a lack of top coat or if I didn’t have it all the way in the uv light. My other issue is my nails have an indent in them now. I’ve gotten acrylics before and this NEVER happened no matter how nail bitten or damaged my nail was. I thought maybe one was applied too strongly but all of them have it. I mean no harm to Sue I just don’t understand what happened. The nails did last me about 2 weeks and I am a mother of 3 constantly doing things with my hands. I would need more information about why my nails look like this before I’d come back because I really wanted to try more of Sue’s designs.

She always sees my vision through and will be honest if she thinks it’s going to look bad! Kouture Nails is full of the most talented nail techs I’ve seen in Clt(and I’ve lived here my whole life). This was my first time here and my last. I got my nails done 1 1/2 wks ago and they already look a mess. When I first made the appointment I called hours before I got there and made a 430p appointment. I got there 15mins early expecting to only have to wait a little bit but I ended up having to wait an hour before I got service. I was a bit mad but the guy seemed sweet so I didn’t want to get funky with him because of it. He did my nails and they looked fabulous, i got SNS. I gave him a 20 tip and left. A week later I had a bad break and my finger start bleeding. I wanted to wait a day or 2 to give it time to heal incase the break was my actual nail under. A few days later scratching my nose my tip pops off another one. I start looking at my other nails and there are cracks in most of they. Almost all of my nails are cracking or breaking. $85 plus tip down the drain. To make matters worse I called about having the issue fixed and was told they would charge me all over to fix it. My first time going and definitely my last. No accountability and clearly a money grab place. Don’t waste your time or money. If I could rate it a 0 I would.
