This no-fuss nail salon always delivers! Good customer service, but mostly my nails are in great shape. They use a file rather than a drill on my gel nails and they last longer than anywhere else I’ve gone and my nails aren’t all torn up.

Susan took me last minute and was amazing. She did my fill and was meticulous about detail. She did a beautiful job, one of the best fill in’s I’ve had in a long time. She also had great customer service. Will be back. Thank you!

I’ve been to this place about 3 times and they did an excellent job on my pedicure – no complaints. Recently went and got SNS. The nail tech did not sound confident in doing a design and the next day my nail actually chipped. In addition, I noticed that my nails were severely uneven. I went back requesting that they fix and the owner was extremely defensive and her face was scrunched up the entire time she looked at my nails. She said it was my fault that my nails were uneven and proceeded to go back and forth with me. Finally I said I won’t be back and her response was “bye”. Completely unprofessional and I echo the other comments I’m never greeted when I walk in the door. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

I called ahead for an appointment and they were able to get me in right away. EVERYONE there made me feel welcome and took very good care of me. My, was the lovely lady who did my fills for me, Bet is the young lady who did my very relaxing pedicure and Zee is the creative artist that did some pretty awesome art on my nails. This team of ladies were fantastic! I was offered wine and that really relaxed me while getting my pedicure. The gentleman that checked me out at the end was very courteous, I am visiting Charlotte for business and can’t say how happy I am that I found this place, it was a great experience!

Joanna did an amazing job, I loved it. I did a manicure and pedicure, customer service was so great that I felt comfortable, I’ll be back soon, if you go ask for her, she’ll do an excellent job.
