I have been to multiple nail salons, so I know what good service looks like. I’m not picky and nor do I ask for much, but I had a horrible experience. Ryan is not good because he is very rough and incompetent. He was rough with my cuticles and does not know how to cut nails properly. I was left bleeding and no apology from the Tracy and her staff. Please don’t go here; they just want you in and out. They don’t even offer complementary water. This place does not live up to its hype.

No… just no. I asked for a gel manicure with tips and was told that I HAD to do acrylic or hard gel first. That should’ve been my first sign to leave but for some reason I said okay to the acrylic. My nail beds are so sore, there’s no apex curve on the nail, and they look sooooo sloppy. I’m so sad and mad. What a waste of money. My nails have never been this thick or wonky looking lol.

I’m disappointed in my experience here :-/ I got a gel manicure and there is gel polish all over my fingers and a few splatters on my hand that I can’t get off, really sloppy. mid-manicure I noticed something on my hand and the tech had to scrape something that was sticky/hard off of my hand. I also noticed the cuticle tools were not cleaned prior to them being used on me, (biggest red flag IMO for nail salons) so I won’t be coming back here.

Edit/update: day after manicure and apparently there was a bubble of wet nail polish under my cured gel so it got black nail polish all over my tan car seats. The top layer lifted up completely not even 24 hours later. Really never seen a manicure botched this badly! :-/

just got my nails done here and I really love the result, just look at the layer so smooth and the color is unique. Really cool!

Excellent! Lena did my polish change and it seemed almost like a mini manicure, so attentive., did a great job… she was so sweet and all the employers are happy and friendly.
I come here when vacationing in Scottsdale in the winter..
Look forward to coming again
