Ok I am obsessed! Made a 630 appointment I showed up earlier than expected and they took me right away. I went for a gel fill in and paid the extra $10 for this cool sparkly color. My nail tech (I think she’s the owner) took her time even though it was super slammed. She listened to what kind of shape I wanted and it came out perfect! Great nail place to pop into after work.

Came in at 7:30 on a Friday night and got taken care of right away! Tips and 2 color dip for a great cash price ($75) plus she removed the polish I had on. The nail tech took time to get the shape and length exactly right. I’m very happy with my mani!

long wait – spent 4 hours at the salon for gel extensions and a gel pedicure – 1 nail tech stormed out after I asked for her to re-do my nail as it was full of air bubbles – 1 nail had to be re-done 3 times!

Now, my nails actually hurt which has never happened before. Ada took over the appointment in the end. She did an amazing job making sure I left as happy as I could be (plus she is very attentive and kind).

Disaster! I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a regular mani pedi. No one in there could understand what I was saying and it seems like they all had eye problems. I had two separate people work on me. Both of them didn’t know their procedure for a manicure. They didn’t want to touch my cuticles unless I asked and didn’t soften my nails at all. They cut my nails dry it which led them to crack in the corners which led them to file my nails much shorter and rounder than I wanted. They were also crooked. My toenails were not cut as much as I did ask. They do a terrible job filing where the corners had pieces of nail and skin fraying on every finger. The color wasn’t painted on my whole nail and I kept having to ask them to fill in the missing parts. When they did fill in the missing color the paint ended up all on my skin. They had to redo two separate nails. I ended up bleeding at one point. When I asked for them to clean the paint off my skin, they didn’t see that it was messy to all.
To top it off, I paid before they finished the job, which was a mistake. The price I was charged was $7 more than the price on their website. They told me and told me there was nothing they could do because the owner doesn’t come into the store all the time and neither doesn’t Manager. I’m essentially out of luck having paid extra for a manicure that looks terrible.

I had a terrible experience at the nail salon today. The nail technician who attended to me was careless and ended up cutting me during the service. The cut was deep enough that it required me to bandage it up and I was in pain for the rest of the day.

The technician seemed to be in a rush and didn’t take the time to properly clean and prep my nails before starting the service. They also didn’t seem to have proper sterilization protocols in place and didn’t seem to be following proper hygiene practices.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I will not be returning. It’s important for nail salons to prioritize the safety and well-being of their clients, and this one clearly fell short in that regard.
