Just visiting and new to the area and was pleasantly surprised. Chelsea nails is clean, comfortable and inviting. Really enjoyed my manicure and the young lady who performed my service had a pleasant demeanor. I had a great overall experience – My nails look fantastic! Vast selection of OPI gel colors available. I will definitely be back!

I only gave two starts because my pedicure came out nice … requested a dip manicure. I live in NJ, and I had a chipped nail and needed a fix and decided just to do my normal dip. Idk what happened or why I strayed from my normal person 🙁 Less than a week later, my entire set is cracking and chipping. Brutal since dip usually lasts me up to three weeks. Plus, it’s $54! You would think I would get better quality. Super upsetting. Now I have to get them redone.

NEVER go here. This took two hours and cost $125. They constantly tried to up-charge me throughout the time my nails were being done. I started crying as soon as I stepped out the door and realized how ugly my nails are. I am embarrassed to walk around with these on.

I have been here before and was very impressed with their work but this last visit was absolutely terrible. The appointment itself took nearly 3 hours, just for a new set. I get married on Saturday and the results are just unacceptable. I paid $117 for nails I’m going to have to redo because they are awful. For the 3 hours I sat there I’m unsure how this was the result. Pictures attached of what I asked for vs what I got.
I added a star because as of today I was fully refunded.

I believe my manicurist’s name was Christina; and she did an INCREDIBLE job. My previous acrylic set was on its last leg (2 broken nails). She did a legit soak off, complete with e-file, wrapping each nail in acetone and covering with a hot towel (no metro-card special – IYKYK). She recommended I do SNS dip powder to keep the remaining “strength” of my natural nail. I’m grateful for her suggestion and am very happy with my manicure.
