I recently visited a salon for a manicure and pedicure, and I must say, the service was exceptional. Not only did they do an excellent job on my nails, but the massage they provided was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep. Plus, my nails turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to treat themselves to a manicure and pedicure. You won’t be disappointed with their service and friendly staff. 🙏❤️👍

Never again.. got a full set with Helen today. At first she was pushing me to get the coffin shape when I wanted square and I realized why after she finished my nails because she does not know how to shape. My nails are huuuuge she barely filed them. The thickness of my nails are disgusting. The only reason why they look somewhat decent is because of the color I chose.

I’ve been coming here a few times and the service is pretty good and speedy. However I was here just recently and paid a whopping 110 plus tip for pedicure plus French tip and dip French tip. Which I was like it’s okay because i chose the signature special. However I noticed that I didn’t get any of the hot stones or any of those additional services like the hand massage. Now im noticing the last few times I also haven’t received it. They are always quick to rush me out as well. Now I feel awkward and don’t really wanna go back bc I don’t wanna seem like a Karen but I also don’t feel good being scammed 🙁

So sad.

This was my go to place..

Made an appointment for a manicure, Full Set/Gel Service and a pedicure, Royal/Gel Service.

Manicure – Nails weren’t glued straight, got cut multiple times with the electric tools and the manual filing, design/color was not close to request, the effort to design was not there, asked for rhinestones/charms, charms were put on with a messy blob of acrylic, didn’t clean the edges off after, worse of all, “technician” kept saying “you’re not happy!?”, “not happy!?”, “why you look like that!?”

-Terrible manicure experience to say the least. No one should say/ask those questions, especially in that manner; besides getting cut mutiple times, you don’t know what the client/person may be going through, mentally/physically/emotionally.. (HINT: I just had a baby.)

Pedicure – Overall Rating: Great!

-Though the technician messed up a little bit on the right toe with the gel paint, tried to file it, and, messed it up more, overall service was great. BUT. Yes, so sad; there’s a “BUT”..

..I couldn’t believe this..I still can’t believe it..

I came home to “RING WORM” on my legs!!!!!!!!!!

(…..sigh)

Now, I need to find another place..however, still traumatized about the ring worm 😱

i came here today at 9am to get my feet and nails done and they did a horrible job on painting my nails and feet. the lines were not straight or cleaned up. they were very gagged. they still made me pay full price after i told them politely to fix it. i asked for a classic white french tip and this is how they turned out….
