I was really excited to get my nails done at this salon. I showed up for my appointment at 9AM and no one was there. I didn’t mind waiting if someone was running late. I waited for ten minutes and no one showed up. The lights were turned off and the door was locked. Their hours say that they open at 9AM. When I had called days ago, there was no issue with scheduling me at 9. While waiting out front of the salon, I called the same number twice and left two messages. I was forwarded to voicemail the second call. I’m not sure what happened but I will not be looking to get my nails done here anymore.

The ladies who work there are very nice but the quality of work was disappointing. I got acrylics nails with tips as my nails usually pretty short and I wanted to get them longer. It looked ok right away but the next say I realized the nails looked pretty sloppy. The cuticle was barely removed and the distance between where cuticle is and polish starts is pretty big which makes the nails look like I had them done a week or so ago. The sides
were also done fairly sloppy. Wanted to love
it but definitely not worth the money for the quality of work.

You can get anything done here but they do they job right, no chips and no breakage even after weeks of keeping your nails. Great work. Friendly service! Will come again.

Went for a fill. The nails turned out as well as they could. But 1 star for everything else! I know times are stressful right now. I totally get that, but she was SO RUDE. I never leave bad reviews and I always tip everywhere. But this is the first time I didn’t tip in a long time. When I first got there she gave me such a mean look like I was totally inconveniencing her. Then she said she was glad I was early because she could go home earlier. She complained about the state of my nails, was roughly and irritably moving my hand and arm around to correct the slightest position. She barely spoke to me. Just pointed when she wanted me to do something. When she wanted me to wash my hands she just said “sink” like I was a dog. Lol she was so mean! And called one of her customers “f’n stupid” for not being able to find the shop. She had the worst attitude! I’m glad my nails look nicer. She really did a good job, but she scratched me under my nail with the file and blamed me! She said I was “fighting her”. But how can I relax my hand when she is so crazy? I’m never going back! For real. And the ombré on my thumbs don’t match. Lol
