This place was not good. First of all, the woman took forever and I told her I was on a time crunch and she assured me she’d be finished in time. It took almost 2 hours to just do dip with no take off before hand. Second of all my nails looked absolutely terrible. They were all different lengths, she only did ONE coat of powder so they were splotchy and literally sheer, they are lumpy, and the nail shapes were not consistent at all. On top of that this place charge you $55 for regular dip powder and charged me $89 for dip powder if you add a tip. $34 increase for just adding tips. I could not believe that was the cost for a bad job as well. I will absolutely not be back. My nails look completely different and you can see in the photo all my left hand nails are significantly longer/ a different shape than the right hand. I told the owner when she told me it was $89 that that was ridiculous and that I wasn’t happy with my nails and she didn’t offer anything to make up for it. I’ve never had an experience like this. I need to be compensated somehow for this.
Edit: 3 of my nails broke off within 2 days of having 3 because of how thin the lady drilled them, & all of my nails lifted off within a week. Unreal.

Visited New York from Australia, had gel nails done in preparation for Christmas. Absolutely the best quality shellac nails I’ve ever had. Still good after two weeks. They also repaired 3 torn nails very well. And the service was wonderful. And to top things off, they gave me a little Christmas gift after. Could not recommend this place more highly. Thank you!

The worst nail salon I’ve been to. I got a gel manicure without extensions or pedicure and they charged me $120 and forced me to tip even though I had bad service, not the color I wanted, and not friendly workers. Never going back. Waste of money. Avoid going to this place. (On their website, and in person the price listed for a gel manicure is $55.)

If I can give negative five stars I will give without any hesitation. This is definitely worst experience I’ve ever had.
When I went to this nail salon, I was told they do dipping powder. When doing dipping powder with first try, the result came out differently with the sample. So I picked another color with owner’s recommendation, when I tried to ask for sample, the owner said she doesn’t have it. Bc I can’t leave my nails like this, and there was not enough color option, I went for the one that owner recommended. However, the result came out terrible. The color looks bad, the surface of nails are not even, the top coat was chipped. The nails make me wanna cry. I was not happy at all, and the owner asked me came back next day to fix it.
The next day I was back, and asked them to replace with gel. The first nail tech refused to do it bc I complained my previous nails. The second nail tech who did my nails yesterday want to replace with gel, however, she started arguing the result came out badly is because I asked her to put two more coats. At that point I don’t have any trust to this salon and nail techs and was told I can call back and talk to the owner.
I called the owner, she wants to replace the nails but I don’t want to since I have no trust to their technique. Besides I live in NJ and going back and forth for nails already cost me money. when I asked for refund she hang up on me. I called again and tried to explain why I don’t wanna do nails there she said she didn’t do anything wrong and hanged up on me again. This is definitely most terrible nail salon I’ve ever been. So regret and big waste of money.

The absolute worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I went in for an SNS manicure. I’ve been getting these for several years and they always last about 3-4 weeks. Well within a few days 2 nails had chipped. I went in to get them fixed and they basically globbed on more gel and drilled the nails down to nothing. The next day more nails had chipped including the ones she “fixed.”. So I went in again and was told by the manager that this was “my fault “ and she refused to do anything to help. She told me that the I was the only customer that ever complained (obviously not true based on other reviews!) and the person who did it was an expert. Some pictures of the “expert’’s” work after only 4 days….
