I’m sad to leave this review bc the people at the salon were really nice. But i haven’t had this bad of an experience in a while with a gel manicure. These are my nails before the manicurist began putting on the gel – they’re quite atrocious. You can see my cuticles haven’t been cleaned or cut but rather pushed to the bottom of my nail bed, that’s bc they don’t do proper cuticle care but rather a “quick and dirty” dry version. I had to leave before she put on the gel because I knew I would be really disappointed with the outcome. I now have cuts all over my nails 🙁

This review is LONG overdue. I’ve been coming here for 2+ years, every 3-4 weeks without fail. Best customer service & they do the best nails I’ve ever had, every time. They will do any design I want and make sure they look perfect. Even when I am a clutz and break one, they fix it for free. Everyone who works here is so sweet, I always go to my girl Amanda but they are all great. Some say it’s expensive but you 100% get what you pay for (it’s worth it). If you want your nails to look perfect & get gel that lasts, come here.

Got one of the worst manicures ever from here, they made my nails look tacky and it was extremely expensive. It looks like there is glue all over and it doesn’t sit on my mail right. They ruined my nails right before a trip so I am stuck with them. The manicurist was also very short and rude throughout the process. I will never be returning and would like my money back. Terrible experience!!

I had a great experience here! The workers were friendly, polite, and talented. My nails turned out great and I had a fantastic experience. I went with my (very picky) grandmother who was very very please with the services as well. I got a gel manicure that is still sturdy and pretty almost a week later. The prices are not the cheapest but are completely fair for the quality of service and supplies. Their nail polishes are non-toxic and so they don’t smell strong or anything. Highly recommend!

Do not play with me about this salon! The treatment I received here was beyond amazing!
I had gotten an acrylic overlay on my natural nails about 2 weeks ago. That was a mistake. Those nails just weren’t it. Plain and simple. I’m visiting my boyfriend and was starting to have issues with the nails. One was lifting and I had smashed the other in a drawer, both were in some serious pain. So I find this salon online and loved their reviews. I was definitely a fan that they used Japanese calgel. I am currently stationed in Yokosuka, Japan and have grown accustomed to their gel. It’s amazing and lasts!! So I scheduled my appt and they were able to fit me in first thing the next day. I get to the salon and I’m greeted by Junio (I believe is her name, I didn’t catch it during the appt but I noticed that’s what she put down for when I sent her tile via Zelle). She was very pleasant and thorough with everything. It took her just over an hr to fully remove the acrylic from all of my nails. She took her time and was very informative of all she was doing and seeing when it came to taking care of my nails. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I am grateful she was taking care of my nails because that acrylic really messed them up. I’m sad that I do not live here or visit often because this would be my go to mail salon. But now I know where to go when I come back to visit my boyfriend. Thank you so much for your help with my nails. I absolutely love them!!
