I initially came to get my nails fixed from another salons mess up. These people at Monet are life savers! (The “before” pic was awful) The result made me so happy, I couldn’t help smiling for the rest of the day.

Ive been here multiple times, but went to have my acrylics removed today and was very disappointed in the outcome of my nails and even more so by the experience itself. I have only ever been to nail salons that remove acrylics with acetone. Instead of using acetone, the nail tech here popped them off, despite the fact that I voiced how uncomfortable this is several times. She used a nail tip to do this. One would think at a salon client comfort is of importance, but the nail tech had no regard for mine. How can you not use acetone to remove acrylics?? The extreme discomfort of this removal coupled with how terrible my nails look now will certainly keep me from returning to this salon. Not looking forward to having damaged nails for months.
