So, I don’t like leaving negative reviews. I wish I didn’t have to make this one. This is one of those times where I was trying to be nice and not say anything(and yes I should speak up more) however this was too significant to just let it go. I went in to get my hair done and for a wedding trial for my nails to test out a design I had wanted to get. The hair portion went okay. Regarding the nails, the color of pink I had wanted was not available, so I decided to go with just white (which was no big deal at all, either way I needed to get my nails done.) However whenever I looked at the finished product of my nails, the acrylic was uneven, my cuticles were cut in a few spots, the polish smeared in several places, and to top it all off when the tech used acetone remover to get rid of the excess acrylic dust it was excruciatingly painful. My cuticles were red and hurting for over an hour after my appointment was done and on my hour drive home. I should’ve spoken up and said something but after driving an hour there and back, being there for 3+hours I just wanted to get out of there. The employees at this place are so nice and welcoming but I probably won’t be back.

Misty took her time with my shampoo and haircut and made sure I was happy with everything! It was my first visit and I’ll be coming back when I need another cut! Excellent service! I recommend!

Brandon was wonderful. He exceeded all our expectations. He was able to work our daughter in and also talked her through what she wanted and then styled her hair while explaining how she could do it herself. Highly recommend! Brandon, she’s gonna make me drive down here for the day just to have you do her hair! Lol

I haven’t had my hair done in 4 years since moving to this area and thought I would be in good care as I tried professional hair design in holiday island. As soon as I got there on time I ended up waiting for person another 30mins for her to eat. Witch was fine. Just don’t schedule appointments on your lunch. I showed her one picture on how I wanted my hair! low lights and a short bob hair cut! I walked out of there with blonder hair then walking in, and my bob was about a good 2 inches longer on one side then the other! I said nothing and paid! I did not want her to try and fix it who knows what she would have done!
I would say this Professional Hair Design Salon is for one style dues. On the count I don’t think they can do any new hair trends from what I observed! If your looking for a new up due and its trendy! I don’t recommend Professional Hair Design in Holiday Island!!!! I drive two hours to go to my lady! I will not be trying any new Salons any time soon!!!!
