Went here for a refill. I did not enjoy the service. The nail tech was rough with my fingers and rough with the drill, with no apologies..It did not feel welcoming. My refill , well, I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves…. I am ashamed to show my hands to anyone. Also my powder has glitter. I didn’t want glitter but was not asked before hand .I will not go back. I had high hopes.

Ben did an amazing job on my nails! He’s a perfectionist when it comes to shaping and filing down. He’s quick and gentle too! This was my first time at the salon and my first time getting almond shaped.

So I got my nails done here this past weekend and the nails them self are cute but they are uneven (thumbs are different lengths), you can see the acrylic brush strokes because it’s not smooth and i have somewhere around 6-7 cuts on my cuticles and my finger. The girl didn’t even introduce herself and then yanked my hands around like a rag doll, sliced my fingers open then blamed it on me “you just have thin skin”. So I will NOT be returning here again and it was definitely not worth the $70+ and seriously $15 for 2 minutes of splotching nail polish to make cow print? I understand $5 but $15…… wow

Quite literally the worst place in San Angelo. I showed them a photo of acrylic nails I wanted. Super simple design. It took two hours for them to do and it looks horrible. They didn’t go by the photo and I had them re do it multiple times and it still didn’t look good. Once I was done I asked for a discount and it was only $8 off… if I’m paying almost $100 I should get way better quality nails and a better discount. Customer service was so bad they had two people doing my nails and talking about me and then cutting me and being rude to me. Do not go here
