Whe t Tuesday 5/28/24 The first thing that concerned me is that the guy had to call somebody else to explain to me the Full total on everything that I wanted done. What’s told one amount, and by the time I was done with it? I feel like I was overcharged. $40 extra. Then what I was told by the guy that did my toenails. But he did an excellent job was detailed and stuff like that, but the lady that he called to do my. Fingernails It went downhill from there. She didn’t listen, and she wasn’t even paying attention to detail. She didn’t really prep my nails. Do my cuticles or anything didn’t even give me the length i asked for becauseaftercuttingthem she filedthem down short?she didn’t listen to the color I wanted. after 1 day my fingernails are breaking and I didn’t even do anything. I was literally staying in my hotel room. Just relaxing with my son. So yeah, I didn’t do anything to cause them to break and basically was overcharged like I said, I have nail polish all over my hands. She wasn’t even detailed with work. She didn’t even should my cuticles. Add all and she just wasn’t listening and then like I said got overcharged for work that she didn’t listen on. Didn’t even listen on my color the length was wrong like I said one nail is already breaking paints missing half of the acrylic on some isn’t even all the way over on my full nail. So I don’t think I will be going back to this location. Even though I went one time prior did an excellent job, but after this whole fiasco. I definitely will not be going back cause I was told one price. Then had to pay $40 more plus the tip that I left and this was for my birthday,I was doing this for my birthday. For myself so like I said I don’t even know the lady’s name. She didn’t even introduce herself. She just came sat down at the table that the guy left me sitting at that was it just started working on my nails and then like I said, I didn’t like that. They were sharing product like the drill bits with her person next to her. While she was working on a client’s nails, they were literally sharing the same tools. When me and the client were sitting there, which I didn’t like either. So yeah, definitely. I don’t think I would be going back to them

Was good when first started going and last 3 times it’s been horrible- I thought maybe it was maybe because short on help just had a bad day! I had been going to her for three years and then she started doing price changes where she could do something very basic that would be for example $80 or do something complicated with designs and nail art. That would be 60 it didn’t make sense. I was just there last week and had an issue with her because the nails look horrible. She was also having a problem with another customer and for the basic nails that she did on me she wanted 80 again. They looked horrible. I didn’t even get the diamond stones put on because at that point she had a very bad attitude when I questioned about why the price changing because I do not mind paying to get my nails done if they’re done correctly and nice, I will post a picture of the nails that were done on top of that. She insisted I use my debit card which I was going to use cash and there was another customer in there as well who ended up speaking up for me because I was told by the girl who does the nails that Norder for me to get a receipt I have to have my debit card and use my debit card instead of cash. I ended up having to have her write something out after several minutes she agreed to writing something out when the other customer customer said I was entitled to have a receipt, I will never go back in there and I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau because of how she did my nails. I ended up with a cut on my finger because she just is too rough and the way she treated an elderly person that was in there was disgusting and yes, I did speak up for that person, if I could give this, I would

I had gone in there a while back and the lady that did my nails was very sweet and did a fabulous job. When I did the pedicure , that part was a bit different. The woman who did my pedicure was a different attendant. She shook her head like it was a sin that I don’t do pedicures very often. It is a treat for me to be able to have my nails done. I had a painful nail and I guess it was a little ingrown and I didn’t know and she made the comment ,”That’s because you can’t bend down. ” She was talking about my weight. I am not even grossly overweight. I do trim my toenails so yes, I can bend down. I just don’t want to be messing around and hurt myself even more. If it wasn’t for that incident , my rating would be higher

I’m very picky on where to go to get my brows done. Today was the 1st time I’ve been to regal nails inside walmart. I am a very satisfied customer! I will be back definitely! I’m recommending family and friends! Thanks ladies!

This was my first time here at Regal Nails. I enjoyed my experience. Holly did an amazing job! I will be back. I love my nails !!
