I love this nail salon and I have been a loyal customer for over seven years. The customer service is always great and the work is always beautiful.

I usually don’t write reviews, especially not bad ones. But I took a lot of time researching salons in the area and took people’s reviews into consideration, and if I can help someone be at ease with where they go, then I will post a review. My friend and I went to get our nails done here, and I called beforehand asking if it was appointment only. They said they were taking walk ins. So we got there and they could see both of us right away, so great. But before they would take us, they informed us it was cash only. They said nothing about that over the phone, and there’s no sign on their door stating so. So we had to leave and come back. Luckily for us, they could still see us right away. In the process of getting our nails done, other people walked in seeing when the next available appointment time would be. Every single time someone walked in they said, “ten minutes.” Our nails took over an hour to do, so those same people kept coming back and were continuously being told the same thing, even though it wasn’t accurate. I was upset for them, because I would want to know the true time so I could go somewhere else. They nail techs were very nice, but in my opinion they lacked professionalism for essentially lying to a potential client. For how long everything took, I feel like the nail done in the end was just sloppy. I didn’t like the shape of them, and I ended up filing them down the next day to try and get something I liked. They also didn’t cut our cuticles down at all, which you can see in the pictures I attached to the review. The paint job was sloppy towards the beginning of my nails too. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to a family member or a friend.

Stop supporting this business their prices are never the same ever, they talk about you in their language, they only take cash for whatever reason I’m unsure of that. If you don’t believe me, try them out twice and see if your price be different… Very Very High. My change of polish was $40 really

Very poor quality service, my nails were all shaped oddly and different lengths. Not filed or trimmed, so had to file them down once I got home. The polish is uneven on a lot of the nails and there’s bubbling on a few nails. Very rushed and sloppy work, the polish doesn’t go to edge of nails.

Horrible at doing nails and feet. My gel set was Crooked and my pedicure was horribly done. After a week the white polish she put on my feet started turning brown and peeling. My gel set was unevenly filed down as well. Never will go back. Good customer service but horrible work.
