Customer Reviews:
I went in with naturally long nails and requested gel manicure. Wanted to sell me powder dip – I don’t know what this is – but I explain that I don’t like acrylic stuff because it damages my nails. He acted like it was different. It’s not.
Everything still looked and felt fine. Until the final filing before top coats, which was super thick. And at that point – too late. I could also still see powder underneath after it was done. When I brought this up, it was dismissed. So I didn’t bother bringing up the fact that my nails are exactly what I DID NOT WANT.
And I can’t get them redone because my natural nail is now damaged. So I’m stuck with thick fake nails that are giving me sensory ickies because of my nail being filed down too far and they’re thick and entirely not natural looking.
Customer tip: if they say they don’t want something that damages their natural nail, DON’T
I was so mad and upset I bawled ask the way home.
