By far, the best salon in the area! Their nail tech, Magen, is one of the most talented nail techs I’ve ever met! Her work is high quality and she hand paints everything! 5 stars!

Today was my first massage ever. I went not knowing what to expect, but I loved the environment and my massuse made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She (Cameron) was super professional, friendly, and the massage itself was magical. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! Definitely will be returning.

I had my nails done by Kimberlee, there are no words to explain how bad she damaged my nails. I had scheduled an appointment with her for acrylics and when I showed up
for my appointment she talked me out of getting acrylic and to get gel because it was better for my nails and more durable, instead of just telling me that she didn’t know how to do acrylic. I went in with gel on my nails that had to be soaked off and she never soaked them just drilled them so bad that my nails are paper thin and extremely painful. She proceeded to tell me how the pedicure chairs didn’t work because rats bit through the wires and how when she first moved into this salon there was mold growing under the sink. When I took my nails out for the light my tips attached to my nail were bending and she was asking me if she thought she needed to apply more gel to my nail. I replied with yes because my nails were bending. She was also explaining to me that she shouldn’t be working in a salon and should be an apprentice so i’m not sure why she’s doing peoples nails then? She let me leave with one coat of paint on my nails to wear you could see through the tip because it needed another coat applied. She also let me leave with hair under my nails. She didn’t apply the paint to the bottom of my nails so it looked like I was leaving with nails that have been done for a week. Right as I left the salon I had to go straight to another salon to get the nails she applied taken off and a new set applied. Now my nails are so thin that the nails the new girl put on me at the place I went to straight after the appointment with Kimberlee are popping off and my real nails are coming off of my of my skin now. I am extremely disappointed and my nails are ruined because of her. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE BY HER!!!

Christy was absolutely amazing! I asked for moderate pressure and it was the perfect amount. She felt a tight spot in my neck I had no idea I had and worked it out for me as well as addressing my sore spots that we talked about prior.

From the outside it just looks like an old house but once inside it is surprisingly big and set up so professionally, no old house smell or anything. Massage rooms are upstairs and I must have been in a front room facing the street because I did occasionally hear road noise but nothing that took me away from relaxing. Parking is a little tight but you can park in the public lot next door, no matter what though it is a little tricky getting out of the lots during rush hour times but that is the nature of where this is located and not a reflection on the business itself. I will definitely be going back for more massages in the future, thank you!

I’ve had the most amazing experience at Unseen Hands from Amy my hairstylist, Cameron my massage therapist, and Olivia the esthetician. Everyone is just lovely, the atmosphere is so peaceful. I highly recommend Unseen Hands, just a great place!!
