I have been in CA for a year and I originally started going to James from a previous coworker recommendation after moving out of the area I have tried at least 10 other salons in orange, Anaheim, Santa ana, Fullerton, all which I had poor quality nails done. This is by far the best Salon for acrylics by tech James. Not the fanciest environment but cool murals on the walls and most importantly quality work. Everyone is nice in the salon. Book in advance and MAKE SURE YOU TIP ACCORDINGLY! This is after 2 weeks… still BEAUTIFUL 🤩 and I use my hands daily between work and home life

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Their color options are good for gel and regular nail polish. I got a white coat with a shimmer on top. Something new for me but my toes came out good. I enjoyed their massage chair. The pedi was a success here. Will be coming back :).

This place it’s not even 1star! They don’t know how to file the nails evenly. My nail gel start peeling after only 7 days. So unprofessional!!!

It started out okay. They asked the basic questions of what i want. Once I said no Gel one of the women kept harassing me about it. I told her politely NO multiple times. She made a commitment that my polish won’t last the day. This is upsetting because I rarely get my nails done and yes I know how Gel nails work. At this time I did not want them. Please respect the decision of your customer/client wishes. She then rushed through doing my nails. Once done she was like you have cash right ? I said no card. She was even more irritated with me. She put in for her tip with me service without letting me know. They did this also to the other person I was with. We just paid and left. I’m sure they have other talent there that have better service but the ones we got were not the ones.

so amazing!! i did a walk in and got seated right away, do keep in mind i walked in on a monday morning so being seated right away may vary! loved my full set 🙂
