My experience overall was pretty terrible. My friends and I went to get pedicures and I wanted to do both a mani and pedi. I got my toes done but when I went to go get my nails done. That’s when my experience went sour. I was trying to explain that I wanted to do manicure with acrylics but they didn’t really understand so they cut my nails and cuticles. The lady then was reaching for the polish and I stopped her because she hasn’t done any acrylics. When I told them what I really wanted, the lady doing my nails at the time got up from the table and walked away and didn’t come back. Then they said it would be a few minutes because they were under staffed and busy so I was willing to wait. My friends during this time finished their pedicures and I was still waiting for my nails to be done. We waited 45-50 mins and no one came back to do my nails. In the mean time, other people that came after me got serviced and I was still waiting with my friends. We ended up paying for what was done and leaving but when I went to pay I got charged the pedicures, which was fine, but I also got charged $15 for an unfinished job on my nails…all because I wasn’t “specific” about what I wanted.

This guy in this photo is rude as ever. He cut my skin as he was trying to clip my toe nails. Then got an attitude as if he’s offended that I told him. There’s terrible customer service at this place. My daughter and I came here at 9:50am and now it’s 12:16pm and we’re STILL HERE.

I decided to go here because of the positive reviews as I am here out of town for the holidays , besides the fact I just finished semester of nursing school so my nails needed some love! It was not good experience the man who did my nails never spoke to me, but beyond that my nails look like they are lifting , my pedicure resulted in not well cut cuticles and the ones that did get cut are hurting from over cutting. Very disappointed in the service considering I did read the reviews that Cindy was good

It was my first time here and the reviews are mixed but I decided to give it a go after work and I am so glad I did. I have a gatsby themed party to attend tomorrow and most time you bring in a photo and you end up with the “this is what I wanted… vice this is what I got…” but let me tell you, this is the first time I was blown away. Vannie (Station 2) was soooo sweet and kind as she managed my pedicure. When getting ready to prepare for my fill, I showed her the photo, she immediately said “oh I can do that! It’s really easy!” And boy was it! She is truly talented. The process was so quick! I will definitely be returning! Thanks so much for a great weekend experience!

This was my first time getting serviced here and I’m very pleased with my nails! Cindy did a great job and made sure I liked my nails while she was shaping and before I left! She didn’t rush even as they started to get busy which is a huge plus! The salon was very clean and spacious too! I FINALLY found a new nail salon.
