Had a refill Thursday. Went out of town. By Monday several had popped off and several loose. Went back in Tuesday. Talked to who i thought was the manager. She had someone do my nails. Then directedme to who the other manager was. Then tried to charge me fill price. Then offered 5 dollars off and said that happens with refills 🤦 I did not pay that i tipped the lady 20 bucks and left. She said i just wanted free stuff. I corrected her and let her know I wanted what i paid for. She told me not to go back like I ever would anyways. Rude unprofessional and They will not stand behind their work. Mind you up until now I went every other week. Always paid. Never complained even when i felt i should. But this is unacceptable. Definitely need to do better!

This place is freaking amazing!! I love it the staff is wonderful and really nice!! This is the first nail place I love since living in port arthur!! My nail got messed up because of my shoes twice and care back twice for that!! And they helped me with a big smile!!
