I went with my 2 daughters while we were on a spring break trip. My pedicure was very rushed. My 9 yr old daughter got a pedicure and her technician was a very nice older gentleman, but didn’t seem to know what he was doing and did not cut the cuticles at all, did not scrub calluses, and was not even going to cut the nails down until I asked him to. The woman in charge told him what to do and mentioned 3 times he didn’t need to do a full pedicure because it was a kid’s pedicure. When the woman in charge sat down to paint her nails, I asked if they had a kid’s pedicure price and she said “oh yes ma’am. That’s what were doing.” When I went to pay, they charged me for a full adult pedicure for her, 30$. When I said something (to the same woman) she then said well that is only for kids under 7. They should be doing a full pedicure if they’re going to charge the full 30$. She then told me there was a 3% fee for using a credit card (on a 90$ bill). After we left the woman in charge was very unprofessional and talked very negatively about me to my friend that was still there. I definitely do not recommend this place. The service was sub par, the management was unprofessional, and you could pay slightly more and have a much better experience.

My nieces were visiting me from missouri and wanted to get their nails done so we did a girls day and went to lee nails the owner was friendly the guy who did my nails did a great job when the owner was speaking to me and found out I live in the area she told my nail tech to make sure he did a good job so that they could continue to get my business my neices paid for their nails together and I paid for mine we all had the same exact thing done except different colors from each other at the end the were charged more person than I was for mine that I dont understand 1 of my nieces was really upset her nails had a lot of mistakes on the and didn’t come down as far as they should have and looked like they needed filled. I think if you have a business it doesn’t matter where your customer is from everyone should get your best and be charged the same for the same service.

This place is amazing! I always go to them for my nails and their nail design tech does a great job. I take my grandmother with me every time and they are always sweet to her and very understanding of her dementia. Positive attitudes overall 🙂

We were on vacation in Orange Beach with my sister and her husband, so we decided to treat my bil to his first-ever pedicure. The ladies at Lee Nails made it a delightful and fun experience for all of us. Now my bil says he’s going to get pedicures on a regular basis!!

We absolutely thought it was wonderful. My brother said he did not know what he was missing. We had the therapeutic pedi and worth every penny.
