Staff is always friendly, professional and listen to what you want done. The spa is clean and sanitary, bright, comfortable pedicure chairs. They have an easy online booking and walk in as well. I have been coming here for a couple of years now for pedicures. I’ve had family members come die manicures and have always had positive experiences. Highly recommended!

I took my daughter on Saturday I told the lady specifically only the nail polish nothing else my daughter is 6. As I am choosing my color she proceeded to cut my daughters cuticles without my permission. The first picture is from Sunday and last ones from today.
Now she’s missed school because we have been to the Urgent care because it’s infected.

Previously ok experience, but my last experience was bad enough that we likely won’t return. Brought my daughter in to get full sets for both of us the Saturday before Christmas and we were the first to enter the salon after they opened and we checked in on their computer system. When my daughter told the nail tech she wanted long length the nail tech tried to trim the nail tips super short. When she corrected that she wanted them longer she walked up front and another lady came and said she would do them. AFTER starting the acrylic, the nail tech told my daughter that her full set, with only one color, was $110!!! (I was previously a nail tech and that is absolutely INSANE! According to their website the up charge for length and shape should have been no more than $15!) she had nails popping off within a week!
I was also supposed to get a full set and after having multiple people ask what service I was having done, I sat there for OVER an hour and a half. Multiple people walked in after me and were brought back immediately, but I sat there until it was time to pay for my daughter’s nails and I told them to take my name off the list. My daughter was taken advantage of and I was completely ignored. Will likely never go back again.
