IF I GIVE NO STARS I WOULD DO SO . I recently visited yesterday and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. The salon itself was not clean, and I noticed that the tools being used were not properly sanitized between clients. My manicure was rushed and sloppy, with uneven nails ! My toes were bruised and cut up from the lady cutting my nails and using the tool to get my toe nails clipped . Additionally I would tell her what I recommend she go get another person because I was uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her performance. She proceeded to talk to her self for 5 minutes straight . Nobody was responding in their language to her or she didn’t have earbuds in . She proceed to bring a dirty towel with spots all over it after she just used it for the last person who came in . I asked was it dirty she said yes after all this time of trying to communicate with her she does quite speak English trying to speak her only language trying to fool someone. I asked can I have someone else do my toes . Everybody looking around not saying nothing . She then proceeds to try and do my toes still after saying “you are hurting me “. She gets up from the chair yells in her language and then tells me “ you no get no nail done get out I’m going home “. I asked well what’s next ? Who will do my toes everybody still looking around then a lady named Emily asked if I can come tomorrow I replied no because of her unprofessional employee this is bizarre that I couldn’t get no one else to do them instead of sending me away .
To make matters worse, I witnessed a technician drop a tool on the floor and then proceed to use it without cleaning it. I felt extremely uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene standards.
After the manicure, my nails looked worse than before. The polish was streaky and uneven, and my nails were different lengths. To top it off, I developed an infection on one of my fingers a few days later, which I’m sure was due to the unsanitary conditions.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It was a truly disgusting experience, and I will never go back.

0 stars if possible. I came for a full set. I paid $10 to get my nails ripped off by an older male. They were not taken off properly and he was not gentle. I kept removing my hands until I couldn’t do it anymore. I couldn’t even finish the removal because it hurt so bad, and was still charged and left crying. I just wanted a mommy self care evening. Do not recommend .

I had a special event for my son and the nail tech Quinn did a phenomenal job on my nails 💅 & Kim did an amazing job on my eyebrows. They had so many colors to choose from, they were patient with me as I changed my mind with picking the color. It’s been a while since I’ve been able to come in and they were beyond professional & quick accommodating me as a walk in! I wish I had before photos (my hands looked busted) but they fixed my nails & brows perfectly! Thank you for the wonderful service! I highly recommend!

Went in to get my nails even by using partials because I was going on a cruise for my birthday. The nail tech tried to force me to cut all my nails off and told me one price before she did them then overcharged me the next day I had to come back and get the thumb nails cut down because I could not put my earrings on. Before COVID I use to go there and a male did a great job with my nails, feet and message chair since he still worked there but was busy when the lady did them, I decided to only let him do my nails on my return trip which turned out to be a nightmare.

To make a long story short I was over-charged again more than the first time I went back to get my nails redone because too much glue was put on them and that caused the glue to stick around my fingers and make my nails look to big at the cuticle at first the guy that did them refused and started speaking his language like he could not understand English the female tech did the same thing and I asked for someone to interpret I was told that he was not going to redo my nails after saying I was going to call my lawyer he said that he would only fix the nail that he had cut to short I allowed him to do that and he messed that up too?

Why did some people get a response from the company about their review and others did not?

Thank you for your response however you did not say anything about what you are going to do for us about payments made to your company for work that was not done properly? The pictures don’t lie.

How can I get in contact with the owner or manager?

Once again how do I get in contact with the owner or manager!

Why and what type of business does not take into consideration that customers paid for service that was not done correctly then ignores questions about refunds to the customer or doing the service correctly at no cost?

This is the person that I was told on my second experience was the manager they looked at my nails and did nothing? They did ask me why I had waited before I came back to get my nails redone and a lot of other irrelevant questions?

Was looking to relax and get my nails done so I ended up here, everything was fine until she started cutting my nails to make them the same length. I kept telling her that one thumb nail was longer than the other one and she kept telling me that they were the same length. Woke up this morning and noticed the same about my pinky nails. All this could have been avoided if she would have listened to the paying customer (me) and fixed it. I’m not sure if I will be back, if I do I’ll try a different nail tech 😢 first time here and the experience was Rocky
