this was my second experience at luxury nails. the first time i went, the lady did a great job. the second time i went, a young male did them & i was not so satisfied. i didn’t want to seem rude and tell him directly that i was not satisfied so i waited until the next day to come in and talk to someone different. i asked them if they could possibly redo them since they were so thick and uneven and they seemed very upset & told me to leave and come back a different day. they were all talking in their language together and seemed very mad & didn’t try to help me get a refund or even simply redo them for me. i paid $65 for this set. i will not be going back. & no they didn’t tell me i could get a different nail tech to redo them. they told me it would have to be him since he messed them up. i should have listened to family & friends as they told me, to NOT go to this nail place!!

Luxury Nails looks really nice on the inside, smells good, they have water and soda for customers, it seems sanitary, but the service isn’t very luxury. The prices quoted verbally are different from what’s on their services menu which is frustrating. I felt like the guy who did my fill in was rushing and I wasn’t very confident that he did it with excellence. The next day my thumb nail broke off. I’ve never had a nail break sooner than 2 weeks and I clean houses with nails on. I went back the next day to have it repaired and was told to come back in an hour. I asked if I needed to wait for an hour for just one nail, just to clarify, because I wasn’t completely sure they understood what I was asking, but one young lady got loud with me explaining how busy they were and how I needed to come back. Now I’m here and have been here since before 6:30 I’m still sitting here after 20 minutes and they close at 7. I just feel like if they would’ve have done it well the first time and not rushed, all of this could’ve been prevented. They’re currently rushing through the repair and being rude.
