I have been here many times and have always been happy with the service, however for my last appointment (which I arrived on time for), I had to wait an HOUR and finally had to leave without having anything done. Someone did come up to me part way through to apologize and offer me a drink, which is why the 2 stars instead of 1. Grrrrrr.

I only see one person here for pedicures.. Naye.. She cares.. and has decades under her belt. Only one person for my manicures and I’m always pleased
UPDATE! Every technician serving in this place is reliable for a great mani/pedi♥️ I still have my favorites 😂 but I will still make an appt if she’s not available 🥰 Mylee provides a stellar employee base. I LOVE COCO NAILS🙌🏽😍

From the time you walk in you are welcomed with a smile. The salon is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. You can tell the owner has invested in wonderful nail products. All the nail technicians are friendly to each other and you feel they enjoy pampering you with a glass of water or wine 🙂 I walk out with the most beautiful nails that last for weeks. I have been going over a year and would highly recommend Coco Nails in Hillsborough.

we made a appointment at 5 pm and didn’t get seen until 6:30. it would have been understandable had they been busy but they weren’t. when we first walked in the employees were arguing. the person who did my nails insulted my nail color choice and the shortness of my nails. none of them were friendly. the pedicure my mother got and the manicure i got were over priced as the other nail place is cheaper. we won’t be coming back.
