This is the way Service is supposed to be. Went in for an alignment on my pick up truck and was called back a few hours later. Got the alignment finished and had noticed that there was multiple suspension bolts that were loose on my lift kit. He tightened Them without me even asking him to I’m sure because of safety issues. Notified me that my brake rotor was about to fail in the rear. And that was probably a good cause of why my truck was shaking. Made a follow up appointment and got a rear brake job. A+ service. And the lady in the office was wonderful and sweet. She was able to keep me notified of everything that was going on and even stayed late and make sure that I got my pick up truck.

Late on a Saturday afternoon, we were in the second day, of a cross country trip in our F250, pulling a 5th wheel trailer, when we broke down on Interstate 10 in West Texas. We talked to a nice lady at the tow company that suggested we try to make it to the town of Iraan, where we could find a City RV park and a repair shop called J’s Service Center.
We made it to Iraan, found the RV park, settled in, and waited for J’s to open on Monday morning. (By the way, the City RV Park was great! Full hookups for $15. a night!)
Monday morning, we were on J’s doorstep at opening time. We were greeted with a hello and how can we help you, and immediately felt everything was going to be alright.
Sure enough, they got the problem diagnosed quickly, started calling around for the hard to find part they needed, and also reassured us they would get us back on the road ASAP. Jay, the original owner’s son, really worked the phones to find the part and finally found one 113 miles away. They had it delivered and had us back on the road by late afternoon.
We will forever be grateful for the way we were treated at J’s. They made us a priority, even though we will probably never be in Iraan again. They are a shining example of good people helping out strangers.

My kids and I were stranded with a broken car at a rest stop outside of Iraan, we had an amazing tow driver drop my car outside of Jays service center. I was give Jay’s cell phone number and text him first thing in the morning. The problem was quickly diagnosed, only to find out the part I needed was back ordered. In order to not be stuck away from home with my kids he offered to have someone drive me 1 1/2 hours away to get a rental car. We ended up finding someone from our area who had the part, Jay had the old part off my car and waited for the new part to get delivered and had my car ready so quickly. His number one priority was to make sure my kids and I were taken care of and able to get home for the weekend. All that along with charging an increasingly reasonable price. I truly feel so grateful to Jay and his entire team! I HIGHLY recommend them!
