I needed to get my nails done for my senior prom and I wanted to try out a different salon. My nail tech was Tiffany. I have gotten my nails done at other salons before, and have had experiences that weren’t so great. A friend told me about this salon and showed me pictures of when she had gotten hers done here. Tiffany was so sweet and cooperative while doing my nails and the prices are reasonable because of the quality of service that is given. I definitely will be visiting this salon again and requesting Tiffany when I get my nails done.

the worst nails i’ve ever had. i went in for a fill which was supposed to be $30 and ended up being $60, if you know what good nails are do notttt come here! they do not listen to your requests or follow pictorial inspiration. The pictures in the car is what i came in with to be filled , and the other two are what i LEFT with!!

Made an appointment so the wait wasn’t long at all 🙂 Hannah did my nails so quickly and she did exactly what I wanted! I only showed her one picture and she knew what to do right away! Very professional and nice setting I will come back again 🙂

The system they have for managing appointments is ineffective. While they mention on their website that appointments may be 15 to 20 minutes later due to unforseen issues (such as clients having more work to be done than expected, etc.), there’s a certain expectation that unless they are busy that such a wait would be a potential but not a certainty. Given how easily I was able to make and move appointments same day, such a wait was not expected, and definitely not expected to be 35 to 40 minutes because they are understaffed. I understand how not having enough staff can be overwhelming but don’t allow me to make an appointment, then have several walk ins go ahead of me, then blame it on being short staffed. It’s not my responsibility to schedule appointments with adequate timing.
Additionally, as evidenced by my pictures, my nails were rushed and poorly done (messy, inadequately trimmed, etc.). There are several spots where the previous nail polish wasn’t even fully removed. I wouldn’t go so far as to accuse anyone working there of doing this on purpose, retaliatorily, but given that I complained about the length of wait time prior to being seen, it’s hard not to feel like I received poor service for speaking out about the wait. Or the person was in enough of a rush to get to their next appointment, because they’re short staffed. Either way, the service was poor and I would not recommend this business to others.

This was my 2nd time here. My pedicure was amazing, the wiman was so nice and it looks great. Look at my nails!!! I do not even know how you could sent a client home with the way they look. I got dip powder, I sat down he legit did the powder and thats it. $40. I do not care about the price but what I do care about is after I asked him if he was going to do my cuticles, he told me no and then I was like well can you do them please and he told me no again. Not only the cuticles, but you’re going to send a client away when there’s still powder on my fingers?? Honestly just crazy will not be returning And I do not recommend you go there
