My birthday is coming up so I decided to do a photoshoot. I came in to Ulta with intention on buying black lipstick and maybe get some tips on eyeshadow and brows. I was directed by ( I can’t remember his name but he was nice) to KYLA and she explained I could actually have my makeup done. I really enjoyed the experience! She gave me exactly what I wanted. I even got a very flattering nude lip. As opposed to the black. Soft glam she called it and I was very impressed. I’ll definitely be returning for future events.

This review is for the hair stylist Ivy. I booked my appointment for the wrong day but she squeezed me in for balayage anyway. She said she was fairly new but her work does not reflect that of someone who is new. I LOVE my hair! She FAR exceeded my expectations! I don’t live here but come back a lot to visit family and would definitely come back to touch up! I didn’t have an appointment so I couldn’t leave a review for the salon directly so I hope she sees this. Thanks so much!

I go this location frequently, frequently, as in pretty much every two weeks, or every week! I love how the staff are super helpful and kind, recently I came in wanting to get a shade match amongst other things and one worker seemed like she was not interested in that at all, on why she couldn’t or wouldn’t just very dismissive. However, about a week after that I I came back for a shade match for foundation, two workers assisted me they were super helpful getting everything that I needed. I was able to ask them what I’m looking for and they were able to deliver exactly what needed to give. I usually don’t write reviews but I feel like if you’re spending money and especially getting something good in return, I feel like you should definitely say something because the beauty business it can be expensive but when people guide you to the right product so you don’t have to waste your money but instead, you’re actually happy to spend it, which is the whole idea of a business, amongst other things. Sometimes, even if you don’t like being at work, at least smile and put on act like you like being there.
