Would recommend this place to anyone my girls and I came in without a appointment and they were very perfect in every way. My girls loved it. They provide snacks and juice and let them sit next to me after their nails we’re done. They all were very nice. I will definitely be returning! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!

My wife was excited to get her nails done in time for our valentines day dinner; she usually does them on her own but wanted to treat herself for the occasion.

What a terrible experience Andrew gave her.

Not only was he 10 minutes late, he had a severe attitude problem, scoffing at every instance he could while she was picking a color, when the reference picture on her phone would time out, etc. There was a lack of care in his work as he drilled her hands multiple times.

The work and quality of the end result does not reflect in the cost of this service. It is amateur at best. The nails I’ve seen her do at home are of better quality. (She explained to me that he left air bubbles in the paint, put a top coat over powder, filed unevenly…)

I really wonder what was going on in that guy’s head. The rest of the staff, however, was very pleasant according to my wife.

Perhaps he should not be working when he is having a bad day, nor take his feelings of inadequacy out on clients. Very damaging to the business.

Hands down, nails out! The best nail salon in Rapid! They do my nails the way I want them done. Beautiful, friendly atmosphere. Lisa and her team are open to feedback and take their time while doing their craft.
