Got my nails done yesterday at the Omaha location since I’m going on a trip this coming Wednesday.. showed the tech my inspiration pic from pinterest which was not complicated at all and had some simple nail art.. she told me she would use the stamp since that’s easier for her and honestly it turned out terrible. I should of said something but it was already 7pm closing time.. I paid over $70 for this manicure and I’m super disappointed, they look terrible😭

Nothing but good things to say about all of these ladies. I always feel so welcome and like I’m part of the extended family. All do fabulous work

Ive been to this location before having a pretty good experience!
However, I came in today to get a pedicure which was done by Mckenzie. If I could give her a 0 star, I would. She was very rude and I will never go back to her.

First, She made my big toe on my left foot bleed as she clipped way back cutting more than just the cuticle.

Second, I picked 2 colors and told her I wanted them painted similar to what I had before, with the glitter color on my second toe (as I pointed to my second toe). She said oh the ring toe. I pointed to my second toe again and said this one. And the other color on the rest of my toes. She got my right foot painted and I said wait, I wanted my second toe the glitter (as I pointed to my second toe again), not my 4th toe.
She tried convincing me to leave it the way she painted them because otherwise shed have to take the polish off, file, etc again.
I told her no, I want my second toe that color.
As she is aggressively taking the polish off, she messes up a couple of my other toes (which she didnt fix) and says that “In the future, this (as she pointed to my 4th toe) is the ring toe.” I told her that I was not going to argue about it because I told her how I wanted it; I wanted it similar to what I had before with the glitter on my second toe, I even pointed to my second toe. She is the one who said ring toe, not me.

After she finished my toes, without warning, she aggressively pushes the leg rest of the chair down.
I am 34 weeks pregnant, so some sort of warning wouldve made a difference. It wouldve been appreciated.

Long post pending. Here we go.

About two months ago I called trying to book appointments for a bridal party and was told to email the main office because anything more than 4 people is a party that needs special scheduling. Okay! No problem. The office emails back over a week later that they don’t have any availability on the day I requested and didn’t offer any other help. So I dropped it. Scheduled at another salon, did a test appointment, results were not good, so we unfortunately canceled those.

Still needed nail appointments so I schedule 9 appointments at your location with whatever availability you had open to the public in 2/3 people increments, all under my name.

Over a week later, someone calls me to reprimand me and tell me I booked a party and they they’ll have to cancel the appointments I made and I’ll need to email the office. I try to explain that I already tried that and they didn’t have any openings, so I’m trying to simply schedule appointments for people as YOUR schedule allows….again, I’m told since it’s all under my name, it’s a party.

I understand you work on commission and tips (which we would have tipped no matter what…..) but I don’t understand being forced to cancel most of my appointments….and then YOU canceled the remaining two without warning which I didn’t know until I showed up for it.

If we had originally all booked separately under our own names at whatever times you had available, you wouldn’t have known it was a group of bridesmaids.
And honestly, that’s beside the point. To me that means you see weddings as a way to make more money….which is predatory.

We simply want our nails done for a wedding. We don’t care to have our appointments together. I REPEAT. WE DIDNT EVEN NEED THEM TOGETHER. We’re trying to give you business and you made that impossible.

I’m incredibly frustrated and won’t be booking again in the future or recommending your business.

I had been hopping from salon to salon for a year trying to find “my salon”. I have only been once, so far… but will definitely return. Molly S did my pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure chair was super comfortable! Molly chat with me like we were old friends. She did a great job on my nails with amazing designs! This place and the people make you feel welcome and comfortable. I also love that they only do real nails! Thank you for an amazing experience!
