I had such a great experience! First being offered water for our appts, as well as the tech being willing to stay late in order to finish both my nails and my friends nails. I showed a photo of what I was looking for and she made them look even better. Really affordable for what I got in comparison to other places around.

I visited Sunshine Nails and Spa for an acrylic removal two days ago, and unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with the aftermath on my natural nails ever since. The nail technician, a woman with a bob haircut, initially tried to pry off the acrylic with her natural long nails, which was painful, but she thankfully stopped. However, during the soak-off process, she used a drill to remove the soft acrylic and ended up drilling way more than necessary onto my natural nails before buffing. I later discovered that this method is considered harmful and lazy, as it can result in paper-thin nails and soreness. I really regret not researching the proper removal process beforehand, which involves using a drill only to remove the bulk of the acrylic, followed by a soak-off and the use of a cuticle pusher to remove the rest. My fingertips have been EXTREMELY sore, and my nails feel incredibly thin, and will sadly be that way for months now. *I advise others to avoid this salon for acrylic removal unless they are certain about the process.*

Ivy is amazing! She rechecks her work over and over to make sure that your nails look perfect before you walk out the door. Very humble, very honest, and extremely professional business owner. I would highly recommend Sunshine Nails to anyone that is looking to get their nails done.

My first time here and loved it. Ivy is very professional and this is a one woman operation. She does everything so it’s best to call ahead for an appointment. My pedicure was awesome and my nails came out perfect. I like that it’s by appt only so it’s very relaxing and calm. I’ve been in Oregon 5yrs and this is the first nail salon that I’m happy to rate.

I always wait a few days to review a 💅. For me it’s the best way to tell how good it truly was. I am VERY hard on my hands. I have a backyard farm and am a massage therapist. I often destroy manicures after just 2 days. These photos are 3 days after my dip manicure with Ivy, as you can see it’s perfect 🥰. My cuticles are cleanly trimmed, with no red or sore spots. The polish is perfect. I can tell this manicure is going to last!!
I keep my nails very short I almost never get anything other than cuticle clean up and buff. Ivy assured me that the dip would be just as pretty with short nails. I’m amazed at how healthy and strong my nails are.
I also got a pedicure and it was wonderful.
Good chairs, my feet feel pretty and soft. She has a range of prices that are all very reasonable.
The salon is very clean and peaceful. The location on Murray and Allen is excellent.
Ivy has an eye for details and goes the extra mile to provide a quality service.
For the quality of work she does I feel confident she could be charging much more. This is NOT a mall quality service, I’m shocked how affordable she is.
This is 100% going to be my new regular nail salon. I’m calling today to schedule my 17 year old daughter an appointment as a surprise.
