First of all let me stay l say I have never been treated as badly as I have been at this shop. I have been here once before with no issue. This is with Annie. I thought it was odd when she eat being Argumentative about the last time I was in to start off. She told me it been two years ago. I knew it hadn’t because I didn’t live in this area two years ago I lived out of state. Then it goes on with one of my nails sure has done is crooked. I told her so she she just proceeds to argue with me saying my finger is shaped like a C. (will include photo off my finger, you can judge that one). Then she goes ahead and puts more acrylic on it and I say hey don’t worry about it and she replies”this is the only time I’m doing it” the shape of the other nails I didn’t care for. Just asked for square but to round off the corners. I asked if I could say showing without her getting offended, sure just give me a look. At that point in thinking that’s a yes. I said ” I like how yours look straight up the sides that’s what I was used to getting” she proceeds just to argue. Gets up won’t finish my nails and says someone else is going to finish the gel coat. I’m just sitting there, then her husband comes over she just tells me to leave. Get the gel done somewhere else, just leave thru aren’t me charging me. (well I would hope not you didn’t finish the job) as I’m walking out the door he says “that was 50.00”. Not that he wanted me to come back and pay, just so they could try and humiliate me in front of the other customers. If you notice that ANY bad reviews that they get they always have a rude snider response. If I would have read their Replies to people beforehand I would’ve never gone here because that shows you the Character of the people that own the business.

Always happy when i go. I just get pedicures (more recent thing) but have taken my mother and my wife for the past years mulitple times.

I had scheduled an appointment for 3:30 just for a pedicure. Have never been but was very excited because I’ve heard such good things. I sat there for 30 minutes and no one had even greeted me.. I don’t ever go to nail salons so I’m not sure how it works, but figured someone would’ve at least said hi… They sat 3 people in front of me. 1 had been there before, but 2 of them had walked in 10-15 minutes after me… very bummed, I was excited to spoil myself for my bday weekend 😔

My nails were below my standards. They didn’t do a manicure the only did the extensions. No prep at all. My nails weren’t smooth and the shaping wasn’t consistent.

They always do such a FABULOUS job! My daughter went in for “Harry Potter Hufflepuff” nails, and you can see the outcome yourself! If you don’t live in Louisburg, Q NAILS is well worth the drive!
