Absolutely the worst service ever. I have been going to this nail shop on and off for a few years now, but on yesterday 6-15-24. My husband and I went for pedicures and me a fill-in, the ladies that did our pedicures were great!! The owner proceeded to do my nails and was upset after arguing with her boyfriend while customers were in the shop. She cut my skin and did a terrible job on my nails because she was too busy watching her man. When I asked her to fix my nails …..she started saying I complain too much go to another shop. Me and my husband got up paid for pedicures and left. I told her that was terrible customer service,1.to argue with her boyfriend while customer are present and 2. To show she was visibly upset with him and to take her anger out on a customer. This was horrible customer service…..please stay away from this place

Runner up for the worst no chip set iv ever received. The ringleader woman is blunt and dry. The woman that did my set had been chomping on an apple when I walked in, finished it and went to the back to throw away the core but im certain she didnt wash her hands. No gloves the whole time either. I did let that slide as I was desperate for a full set before a bridal party I was due at in an hour as my usual lady down the street was booked. The staff members were sweet besides the main lady. After my nails were done I was not happy as nails are now very wide, bulky, crooked, my skin was super glued to the acrylic and the polish job wasn’t consistent or complete. I did not have time (nor did i want) a correction. I paid $58 including a pity tip. I will never be back and I will I recommend them. After tipping more then I should have, she made sure I knew that next time she does my nails I need to tip her in cash only. Hard pass.

Walked in here because it says ten plus years of experience and yet I feel like they’re still learning how to do nails. The pictures posted are from when I got home from leaving there. Still was kind enough to tip but I will NEVER come back. I could have done a better job with a at home kit. Owner did my nails. I paid $65 for my nails which thinking about it still upsets me.

It was time to pamper myself a little bit, so I wanted to try this spot out. My significant other came along as well.
After walking inside, we were greeted almost instantly. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. The Manicure was 15 and the Pedicure was 22, so the prices seemed reasonable. We sat down to wait, but we were quickly prompted to get our services started.
I was directed to a chair for the Pedicure first. At first, the water was very hot! The employee ended up changing the temperature. It turned pretty cold quickly. My nails were cut down, but they weren’t shaped too great. I got a clear coat on them and that turned out nice. The Pedicure felt rushed. The job got done, but it could have been done neater in my opinion. It didn’t feel relaxing to me at all.
After the Pedicure, I was directed to a different area to get my Manicure. This ended up being a similar feeling as the Pedicure. I felt I was being rushed out of the place. She did alright on my nails.
It was a clean place. Everything I encountered seemed sanitary and kept up with.
The service was alright. We paid by card and left a tip on the same transaction. I didn’t think it was appropriate for the employee to tell us to tip cash next time.
Overall, I had a good experience here for the price it was. There wasn’t anything special that stood out to me. I would hesitate to return here in the future.

The service was terrible. She rushed through my pedicure. She did not properly buff my toe nails and my toes were not even properly polished to the point I had streaks in my polish and only half the toe was polished. At the end I had to ask her to finish cleaning up the access polish around my toes she that they could at least look half way descent. Very disappointed.
