Always a good experience here! They are the best and not too far from my home. They listen to what the customers want and have a lot of returnees. I like that I’m in and out with my appointments while the quality is still high. Love them!! ❤️

This place has always been my go-to but I can’t help but not be totally satisfied with my most recent service. Service was rushed and not thorough. Pedi was rushed, water cold, and feet handled roughly. Gel polish done at pedi chair quickly and to get me out of the way. Quickly done and blue polish still left on my nails from previous. Those with appointments took precedence I feel. Does that mean I still don’t get quality service? Also I showed picture multiple times with design to find out that they did not have the color for design. A heads up in the beginning would have changed what I received.

Usually, I have a pretty good experience with this establishment. Unfortunately, yesterday this time I was injured when getting my dip manicure removed the tech somehow cut my finger with the drill and it was very painful. The tech immediately got up to get something for the bleeding. After he cared for my wound he put nail glue to help stop the bleeding. He said I couldn’t use a bandage because he wouldn’t be able to finish my nails. I had to ask him how this would be handled would I get a discount or what was going to happen. He said of course yes I would get a discount. They normally charge $48 for a dip manicure and the price dropped to 38 dollars. I was really disappointed to be a regular customer and I had to ask about this instead of an automatic offer of the service being free, a gift card value, or something more than just a couple of dollars off from my finger being sliced open. I admit he did apologize to me and I tried to get through it as best as I could because what was I gonna do this close to the holiday. I just expected more from a customer service standpoint from a person who is a regular customer. The picture alone would help anyone understand because it wasn’t just a scratch. It’s a shame because my nails actually came out well but who wants to spend their hard earned money somewhere and this happens. I come to get my nails done here to relax and do some self care for me. I drive from east Nashville just because I liked the service and this is another reason why I was disappointed that no one who was in charge tried to make any extra effort in this situation and the communication was definitely off because I should not have to ask what would be done about it.

I have been a client of Pida for over 2 years. She does a great job with gel manicures and pedicures and is very personable as well. She always offers suggestions for adding fun shapes for any holiday ❤️ The staff is always very welcoming and efficient with making and following up on appointments. I would highly recommend this nail bar.
