Long overdue review. I was in NOLA with my husband about a month ago for a fun birthday vacay. I couldn’t get my toes done before leaving Idaho so I decided to book pedicures for us on the first day.

This nail spa is spotless. It is sparkling clean. And you can tell they take a lot of pride in their place of business.

My pedicure was top notch. And the service was outstanding. (The peach champagne really put the icing on the cake.)

From booking, which was a breeze to checkout the staff and owner were so kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Really you should be charging more for this level of service.

We will be back. We loved NOLA and the ladies at Nail Bar NOLA. A true southern hospitality gem. 💎

Best experience I’ve ever had, and I have been to a lot of nail salons throughout the country. The nail tech was very efficient, professional, skilled, and I had the best time talking to her. My nails look fantastic! Seriously, the best they have ever looked! Wish I took a before picture to show what she was working with! The nail salon is very clean!

As a side note, it’s appointment only. Personally, I like that policy because it limits the number of customers in the salon and makes the experience more enjoyable.

Treat yourself to a pedicure here. The spa is clean, and the service is awesome. Free champagne, nice scented products. Anne was great, worked a miracle on my well traveled feet and swollen ankles. She even removed the random hair on my big toe.

Ann is amazing. She is so soft-spoken and had great info about my upcoming trip. I really appreciate the time she took out to do my toes and fingers. They came out fabulous! Thanks again Ann. Whenever I come back and visit, I’m definitely requesting you again. You are amazing!

The receptionist was very nice and managed to get me in on the same day. The nail tech however? Very rude. I’m here on a work trip and decided to get my nails touched up- I asked if she could make the nails shorter and she refused because she “didn’t have experience with the biogel” that I had on my nails. I ended up having to go to CVS after my appointment to purchase a filing board to file down and shape my own nails… Hardly spoke to me the entire appointment and was very short in her tone. I felt like an inconvenience to her. I kept it cordial because I am polite, but I am not impressed. Would have never received service like this back at home.
