This is such a great business! It was my first time in to get a pedicure but I will be back. I had no wait and everyone was super nice. Anna did my pedicure and she was very detailed and precise. You can tell that the people that work here really care about their customers.

Had an appointment at 11:45. Arrived on time and had to wait an hour. When I finally get someone give me my pedicure they didn’t even ask what service I wanted and just did the basic pedicure. Way to go on losing out on money. The fastest pedicure I’ve had in my life she started at 12:36 and ended at 12:56. Zero customer service and she just wanted to get through the service. Very disappointed and will not be back.

NEVER EVER this place
Put lash extensions on you. 75% of my extensions have fallen out taking my real lashes with them! The started falling out the day after I had them put in which was 4/12 and she said 3-4 weeks before a fill.
I could hear her reading the instructions as she was doing them. I wonder if they even have a license to do them. I usually get my nails done there and because of my lashes I will never step foot into this place again!

I’ve been here many times over the years without incident and enjoyed my experiences. On my last trip in April, I had a basic pedicure; the tech cut my cuticles too far on both feet to the point where they wouldn’t stop bleeding for a substantial period of time (roughly 15 minutes). I don’t mind that the tech (who seemed new and young) made a mistake, but I do care that she tried to blame me for it by telling me I had sensitive cuticles. The owner did try to fix it, but also asked me repeatedly if I had a blood disorder or other health issues (I do not). I had to leave after the bleeding continued despite the owner’s best efforts to stop it. They thankfully did not try to charge me for the experience. Unfortunately, will be finding a new place for pedicures.

I went and got a pedicure and eyelash extensions TERRIBLE MISTAKE. The pedicure was fine, nothing special, until the GEL polish started peeling off 2 days later. The lady that did my eyelash extensions was awful. The lashes are longer in my inner corner than they are the outer and they are not even at all. They were glued on in clusters (which wasn’t the service I booked). They made some of my eyelashes fall off (more than the normal/natural amount). I could not wear mascara without looking dumb because of how many eyelashes fell off.
