I loved my full set nails! Jimmy did an amazing job! Just talked about it once and he did it just right! My pedi is another story! I was told to remind them of my issues and they had people that were great at it but had to tell him over and over and over again! Every time I mentioned it he said yes he did it and I would say it still hurts & he would go back to it and sure enough there was still not 100% done and I left with not getting to 100% right!! It seemed like he was flustered with my comments but that’s why we tip them well! To show our appreciation for a job well done! Thank you Jimmy! You were amazing at the work you did on my hands!!🥰

Initially, my nails looked beautiful after being done. However, after four days, every single one of them started lifting, which has never happened to me before. I called and was told I could get them fixed because they have a one-week warranty. So, the next day, I went and got them ‘fixed.’ Three days later, one of my nails cracked across my finger, and all the other nails are lifting. I feel disappointed because I paid close to $100, and they didn’t even last a week. Additionally, I think instead of filling them, they should have done a new set because you can see where my nails were filled, and it does not look appealing. I will say they were very nice and polite, but the quality of work is not what I hoped for.

Not sure where all the good reviews are from but my experience was far from good. Overpriced for horrible quality. I just needed my nails done asap and mad I wasted my money here!!!

I haven’t been to the nail salon in over a year. My nails sadly needed some love. I walked into Luxx wanting a manicure but, decided a dip powder manicure would be a nice change. Hellen was great and I really like how nice my nails came out. I will definitely be back.
