If you’re looking for nails that will only last you three days, this is the place for you. I’d been here several times, and didn’t have an issue until now. I ended up getting my nails done here two weeks ago, and they started falling off after day 3. I came in to get their mistake fixed a few days later, because I had paid $100 prior and had high expectations for the longevity of my nails. As someone whose gotten their nails done before, I expect them to last at least three weeks. So the girl fixed my nails and said she was done, the old man said bye, and I left. However, I came back in today, after I spoke to a lady on the phone the other day who said she’d fix my nails for me and I could just walk in, and I calmly told an older guy about two new nails having fallen off, and one more had split in half (keep in mind i do nothing rough with my hands and work at a computer all day). He told me that I needed a fill, and I told him I just wanted my nails fixed as promised, to which he sighed annoyed and walked away, after telling me they could fix 2/3 nails. A few minutes later, a younger guy with a hoodie came to talk to me and my mom, and he told me I needed a fill, and that after a week they’re no longer responsible for what happens to the nails, and that I was supposed to pay for them fixing my nails the last time, but that I supposedly just walked out without paying (they even said bye to me that day, so it’s incoherent). I told him that wasn’t the case and i wasn’t asking for a fill; I just wanted my nails fixed, and he told me “I’m not gonna argue with you,” qnd I told him “I’m not arguing I’m just telling you”. All while keeping a calm, but firm voice. $100 is really expensive for a service that lasts less than a week. My intention was to go in there and get my nails fixed, not start a fight. But, he rolled his eyes and walked away. I told him he didn’t have to roll his eyes and he just walked away and said “I can’t do this”. We just decided to leave after that because this interaction wasn’t going anywhere. I’m disappointed because I wanted to like this place, but the awful customer service and nail experience was too much for me to ever want to recommend this place to anyone or come back.

I don’t know where to start. I went in for a full set and pedicure…..birthday treat to myself. Instead of soaking off my previous set he filed it all the way down with the drill. Were this a set of tips I wouldn’t have cared but these are my natural nails. I showed the picture of what I wanted before I sat down. They said they could do it. The pedicure: It was not quality at all. My feet soaked for all of 3 mins before he strayed working. Instead of pushing back the cuticle and trimming it he just filed with a drill. It had only been about a month between pedis so I know that wasn’t necessary. While in the pedi chair he soaked off the thin layer of what was left on my nail. The lady comes over to get the colors for what I wanted. I pick the colors then show her the picture. Then she says to me they can’t do what I was asking. All this intricate work I see online with beads and raised acrylic work and you can’t do a simple split color design? Rubbish. That was my first and last experience. I won’t be back. PHOTO IS WHAT I ASKED FOR. I walked out with bare nails.

I came in with a full set that needed removed. I told him from the beginning I wanted a longer length than what I had and he originally convinced me to go with a different style than I’m used to. First 🚩even though I made comments along the way about how I wanted them shaped they still came out horribly. I wanted coffin, they are square. They aren’t filed straight, there are air bubbles, color is streaked, thumbs are shorter than the other nails. None of the nails match lengths. The thickness is uneven and he left chucks of acrylic underneath. I was there for right at 2 hours and when I showed him and said I wasn’t satisfied at all I was told the only thing he could do was take them off and start again. At this point I had already paid and told him that I actually was going to have to go to another nail shop to get them done because I had someplace to be and asked if I could have a partial refund for waisted time and they declined. I’m not one to make bad reviews but honestly this was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I will never be back to this shop.
